Revolution soars to 3-1 win

4 games to go until the season ends! With that said, the best the Skeeters can do is 3rd in the division behind Lancaster & York. Will Startup got the nod from Gaetti while Ryan Feierabend took the bump for York.
Startup & Feierabend battled back and forth, inning by inning, only allowing hits to tally on the scoreboard through 4 innings. The Revolution were only able to get 2 hits while the Skeeters had 4 hits.

Everything changed in the 5th inning when York scored 3 runs on 2 hit & 2 walks.

In the 9th inning, the Skeeters were looking at being shutout again until Josh Pressley walked, then worked his way around to 3rd base with the help of an Ofilio Castro single, and a double play ball hit by Aaron Bates. With 2 outs, Manny Mejia singled, scoring Pressley...the Skeeters only run.

Revolution win 3-1.

Hitting streaks:
Dominic Ramos (2)
Ofilio Castro (2)
Steve Moss (2)

Now, with just 3 games left in the season, the only thing to fight for is wins to stay out of the cellar for worst overall record in the league.

Game 138 of 140 is scheduled for 7:05pm Friday night at Constellation Field.
