Game 2

The second game of the day was a pitcher's duel between Heath Phillips for Sugar Land & Sean Green for Somerset.

The first hit of the game did not come until the top of the 3rd inning when Steve Moss singled to center field for the Skeeters. The Patriots got the next 2 hits in the bottom of the 6th inning with 2 singles.

Phillips completely lost it and fell apart in the 7th inning by allowing 3 run on 4 hits...making the score 3-0 Somerset after 7 innings.

The Skeeters got their 2nd hit of the game in the 9th inning when Ofilio Castro singled, but could not get anything going...losing 3-0.
