Where did THEY come from?

Jusef Frias (RHP) - Last year (2011), he played for the Atlantic League Road Warriors in the Freedom Division. The team was absolved and replaced with the Sugar Land Skeeters in the same division. He played in 14 games, starting in 6 of those games.  He posted a 3-3 record with a 6.69 ERA.

Roberto Giron (RHP) - Comes to us from Guerreros de Oaxaca in the Mexican League. He played in 34 games primarily as a middle reliever, starting just 1 of those games. He posted a 6-3 record with 1 save and a 6.31 ERA.

Scott Kazmir (RHP) - Last year (2011), he played for the Salt Lake Bees in the Pacific Coast League, and affiliated with the Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim. He is a 2-time Major League All-Star (2006 & 2008) while playing for the Tampa Bay Rays. While with the Salt Lake Bees, he played started 5 games and posted an 0-5 record while holding a 17.02 ERA over 15.1 innings.

Jeff Farnsworth (RHP) - Comes to us from the Camden Riversharks in a trade. While with Camden, he played in 21 games as a middle reliever. He posted a 0-2 record with a 6.46 ERA in 23.2 innings.

Amadeo Zazueta (INF) - Comes to us from the Tuscon Padres in the Pacific Coast League, and affiliated with the San Diego Padres. He played in 46 games with 121 plate appearances and 115 official at bats. He had 21 hits with 4 doubles and 1 triple. He scored 8 times, had 5 RBI and held a .183 batting average.

Aaron Bates (OF) - Comes to us from the Memphis Redbirds in the Pacific Coast League, and assiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played in 21 games with 58 plate appearances and 55 official at bats. He had 9 hits with 3 double. He scored 5 times, has 1 RBI and held a .164 batting average.
